Resilience Partners Fund I S.C.A., SICAR, the direct lending fund has completed a new investment by financing Peris Costumes S.L. (Peris) with EUR 9M.
Peris is one of the leading European costume renting companies supplying a vast variety of clothing and accessories for TV, cinema, advertisement and theatre productions. Resilience Partner’s financing will contribute to the expansion of the company through a long-term loan that will continue to accelerate its sustained growth, both locally and internationally.
With this investment, Resilience Partners continues with its investment strategy of helping SMEs grow with long term senior debt. It is backed by leading investors, as the EIF (European Investment Fund, part of the European Investment Bank) among others. Resilience Partners expects to deploy 2-3 additional investments in the coming months and has made a new distribution to investors, while it continues its fundraising process.
