Resilience Partners, the new private debt/ direct lending firm created by former 3i and Rabobank executives, has closed its first deal.
Funds advised by Resilience Partners have funded Medcomtech, a Spanish company that distributes technologically advanced products in orthopaedic surgery, neurosurgery and anaesthesia. According to Resilience Partners, Medcomtech has been consistently growing at double digit and has become one of the leaders in its specific segment.
Resilience Partners and advised funds, have provided 7-year funding to consolidate its growth in Spain and further accelerate its international expansion.
